Providing technological and application support to (new)customers to expand the business

  • Visit (new)customers based on trends and market demands.
  • Give support to the Key Account Managers on new applications.
  • Organise workshops for (new)customers.
  • Responsible for set-up of communications and keeping customers informed about new applications.
  • Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Follow up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely together with Agro & Purchase department.
  • Work closely with Product Development to initiate and coordinate test phases and application research and write content about new applications.
  • You report to the Commercial Director.

 

Functie-eisen / Key aspects

Commercial and customer oriented Food Technologist

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Food Technology, Food Innovation or similar.
  • Experience in a technical commercial role within the food industry preferably in the (functional/food) ingredients market.
  • Experience in the fruits and vegetable cultivation industry is a plus.
  • Strong and proven commercial and customer orientation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management.
  • Willingness to travel appr. 20% of the time (focus Europe).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
